板式換熱器
板式換熱器是一種以波紋板為傳熱面，以對流和熱導(dǎo)為主要手段的換熱設(shè)備。它的具體原理是：由一系列具有一定波紋形狀的金屬片疊裝而成，各種板片之間形成薄矩形通道，通過板片進(jìn)行熱量交換。與常規(guī)的管殼式換熱器相比，在相同的流動阻力和泵功率消耗情況下，其傳熱系數(shù)要高出很多，在適用的范圍內(nèi)有取代管殼式換熱器的趨勢。

板式換熱器是一種以波紋板為傳熱面，以對流和熱導(dǎo)為主要手段的換熱設(shè)備。它的具體原理是：由一系列具有一定波紋形狀的金屬片疊裝而成，各種板片之間形成薄矩形通道，通過板片進(jìn)行熱量交換。與常規(guī)的管殼式換熱器相比，在相同的流動阻力和泵功率消耗情況下，其傳熱系數(shù)要高出很多，在適用的范圍內(nèi)有取代管殼式換熱器的趨勢。作為高效、緊湊、節(jié)能的換熱設(shè)備，板式換熱器經(jīng)過一百多年的發(fā)展，已經(jīng)被大量應(yīng)用于眾多工業(yè)領(lǐng)域，已經(jīng)成為使用最多的換熱設(shè)備之一。
目前，我們的產(chǎn)品中最小單片面積為0.02 m2，最大單板面積為2m2?？刹鹗阶畲笊a(chǎn)口徑DN350，其最大單板面積為2m2。焊接式最大生產(chǎn)口徑DN500，其最大單板面積為1.8m2。我們的產(chǎn)品中還包括球形波紋、平直波紋等多種板型，用來滿足客戶的各種工況需求。
公司擁有近五十年的設(shè)計(jì)制造經(jīng)驗(yàn)，確保了產(chǎn)品的穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。專業(yè)的選型軟件，更貼合各種工況要求。

a. 制冷：用作冷凝器和蒸發(fā)器。
b. 暖通空調(diào)：配合鍋爐使用的中間換熱器、高層建筑中間換熱器等。
c. 化學(xué)工業(yè)：純堿工業(yè)，合成氨，酒精發(fā)酵，樹脂合成冷卻等。
d. 冶金工業(yè)：鋁酸鹽母液加熱或冷卻，煉鋼工藝?yán)鋮s等。
e. 機(jī)械工業(yè)：各種淬火液冷卻，減速器潤滑油冷卻等。
f. 電力工業(yè)：高壓變壓器油冷卻，發(fā)電機(jī)軸承油冷卻等。
g. 造紙工業(yè)：漂白工藝熱回收，加熱洗漿液等。
h. 紡織工業(yè)：粘膠絲堿水溶液冷卻，沸騰硝化纖維冷卻等。
i. 食品工業(yè)：果汁滅菌冷卻，動植物油加熱冷卻等。
j. 油脂工藝：皂基常壓干燥，加熱或冷卻各種工藝用液。
k. 集中供熱：熱電廠廢熱區(qū)域供暖，加熱洗澡用水。
